Who this is for

The teacher who is disappearing into the role

You love teaching. That is what makes this so complicated.

You are not trying to leave. You are trying to figure out how to keep doing work you care about without paying for it with every part of yourself.

You stay late to finish one more thing. Then one more thing follows you home. You leave the building but school comes with you.

You may be feeling one or several of these things right now:

Exhaustion that rest does not seem to fix. Sunday dread that shows up no matter how good the week before was. Guilt when you slow down or say no. The sense that you are always behind no matter how much you do. Difficulty leaving school at school mentally even when you are physically gone. A growing distance from the hobbies, friendships, and parts of yourself that used to come easily. The feeling that you are showing up for everyone except yourself.

And here is the part that makes it heavier than it needs to be. She thinks this is just her. She looks around at her colleagues and everyone seems to be holding it together. So she keeps it to herself. She keeps moving. She keeps giving.

She is not looking for someone to tell her to quit. She is looking for someone who understands why she stays. And a room full of teachers who feel exactly what she feels.

I cannot wait to meet teachers experiencing what I am experiencing

That is about one dollar a day to stop carrying the school year alone.

Why the usual advice has not worked

This is not a you problem

You need more than advice. You need a room.

You have tried resting for a weekend. You went back on Monday with the same full inbox, the same unfinished work, and the same pressure sitting on your chest.

You have tried self-care tips. A bath does not answer the message you keep checking at 9:30 at night.

You have tried working harder. You stayed later, planned more carefully, and made yourself available to everyone. The list still grew. Your own life kept getting smaller.

None of this means you failed. The approach left you alone with a profession that asks for everything. You need more than advice. You need a room, a guide, and other teachers who understand the work from the inside.

This is exactly what I have been looking for

That is about one dollar a day to stop carrying the school year alone.

The teacher who is herself again

What becomes possible inside The Gathering Room

Still a teacher. Yourself again too.

You walk into your classroom knowing what belongs to you today and what does not.

You leave at a reasonable time without spending the whole drive home arguing with yourself. You stop saying yes before checking what that yes will cost.

The hard day still happens. But it no longer takes the whole of you with it.

You are still a teacher. Still committed. Still human. And you are yourself again too.

I needed this room last school year at this exact time

That is about one dollar a day to stop carrying the school year alone.

The most important thing you can give your students

You have already spent hundreds on your students this year without a second thought

Pencils. Snacks. Books the budget did not cover. They do not calculate the ROI. They just give because they care.

But the most powerful thing you can give your students is a version of yourself that is not running on empty. Not a new set of markers. Not another classroom decoration. You. Whole. Present. Protected.

Thirty dollars a month is not a splurge. It is the investment that makes everything else possible.

Yes — this is for me

Why Kim built this

28 years inside those buildings

Not studying them from the outside. Living in them.

I was a classroom teacher, an assistant principal, and a school principal. I sat in the same meetings. Navigated the same systems. Watched extraordinary teachers slowly disappear into a profession that asked everything of them and gave very little back.

I tried to fix it from inside the system. I could not. So I made the hardest decision of my career and walked away from a six figure school leadership role I loved.

I did not leave because I stopped caring. I left because I cared too much about teachers to stay somewhere I could not help them.

I built After the Bells, Teaching Without Losing Yourself, and The Gathering Room because teachers deserve more than a self-care tip and a thank you note in May.

I want in before the price changes

What is inside

What The Gathering Room includes

Everything is yours to use on your own terms

Show up live when you can. Listen to available recordings when you cannot. Engage in the community when you are ready. No required sessions. No attendance pressure. No guilt.

The Gathering Room Community

A private ongoing community of teachers protecting themselves and choosing themselves inside the profession they love. Not a noisy group full of notifications. A curated room of teachers who understand what you carry. You are not just joining a membership. You are finding your people.

The Monday Reset

Weekly 15-30 min live with Kim. A deeper private conversation on that week's podcast episode tied to the monthly theme, built around exactly what teachers are experiencing at that time of year.

The Open Door

Monthly 75-90 min live session with Kim and members. A real facilitated conversation built around that month's pressure. No slides. No script. Just an honest room working through something real together. Includes a hot seat where one teacher's real situation is worked through live with Kim and the community.

Behind The Door

Every month Kim records an unscripted honest audio tied to that month's pressure. No script. No polish. Just Kim talking directly to teachers. Something to listen to on the commute, in the parking lot, or at night when everything feels like too much. Only inside the room.

The Brag Room

A dedicated space where teachers share their wins. Big ones. Small ones. Quiet ones. The boundary you held. The day you left on time. The moment you chose yourself. Teachers spend all year celebrating everyone else. This is the place where the room celebrates you.

What Would Kim Do

Each month teachers submit real situations anonymously. Kim selects a few and responds with exactly what she would do in that school in that moment. 28 years applied to real problems. Only inside the room.

The Anchor and The Peek

Every month members receive a one-page practical tool tied to that month's pressure plus an unscripted timely drop from Kim on what is happening in schools right now. Only inside the room.

The Long Table

Four times a year Kim goes deeper. A 90 minute session built around a recurring pressure inside the community. More space. More conversation. Occasional guests. This is where the real depth lives.

Proven Strategies and Frameworks

Members are guided using the After the Bells Teaching Without Losing Yourself Framework, Plan Do Check Act, and other research-backed strategies that help teachers recognize what they are feeling, understand why, and interrupt the patterns quietly taking pieces of them.

First In and Retreat Access

Gathering Room members are always first through the door. Early access to all After the Bells box and LLTT enrollment. Plus first right to reserve limited spaces at The Gathering Retreats. Two to three times a year teachers retreat together in person at carefully chosen destinations built around teacher schedules and needs.

Why now

The school year is coming

You can walk into it carrying the same patterns. The late nights. The Sunday dread. The pressure that follows you home. The promise that this year will be different without a plan for making it different.

Or you can walk into it with a room, a guide, and teachers who are in it with you.

Enrollment closes August 1st at midnight. The community is intentionally small. When the room is full it is full. There is no guarantee of the same price when enrollment opens again.

Oh my goodness — I want this year to be better than the last
